Something to Finish You Off

Try this small circuit at the end of your weights session.
1min skipping (2 footed jump as well as single foot taps)
30sec on the bike, Level 10 above 130rpm
12 Reebok Body Weight Squat.
No rest 10 circuits.

Not a good idea if you have just finished legs!

  2. Reebok bdwt squat is, just a Reebok step that you find in most gyms. It has 2 heights, low and a high one. Depending on how confident you are set the height accordingly and then perform a squat onto the step.

    Stand feet hip width apart, with hand out in front of you or resting on your hips. Bend at the knees and flex the hips so that you lower yourself onto the step.

    Once to touch the reebok step extend the knees and hips back to the starting position.

    To make it more difficult at a BB to your back or hold a medicine ball.
